Seniors

A class specifically designed for our senior members.  This class will be a combination of weight training core work and mobility all in one session!

 

Moblility

This session focuses on deep tissue work and stretching, which will help you move freely throughout the day.  It helps prevent muscles from becoming tight, immobile and will help with your overall posture 

 

HIIT

Are you ready to unleash your inner competitor?  Do you want to chase that feeling of Euphoria?  If so, then HIIT is for you.  It is a high intensity session where you are guaranteed to sweat and burn calories.

It is a great way to improve cardiovascular training and is designed for all levels of fitness, where the only person you are competing against is you.

Our Trainers will guide and motivate you through a balanced session, making you fitter than ever before!!

 

Strength

Strength is for individuals that want to get strong by performing functional movements using kettlebells, dumbbells and barbells.  It is one of the best ways to get in shape as it will target all of your major muscle groups, helping you get STRONGER along the way.

 

Pilates

Pilates conditions your entire body which will focus on core stability, posture and flexibility.  It will help you enjoy your daily activities, sports performance and will reduce the risk of injury. 

 

BURN

This is going to me a mixture of Strength and HIIT. It is set up like a Strength and Conditioning session for, working all systems in the body. This will assist you in building muscle and losing fat.

 

Circuits 

Similar to full body interval training. Time based session with various stations that involves endurance training, resistance training and high-intensity aerobics.

Great for cardiovascular training. 

 

Barbell / Kettlebell

A session focusing on movements using either barbells or kettlebells.  It will focus on muscular endurance, strength and core stability.

 

Legs and Core

A Strength based session focusing on the Lower body and the Abdominals.

Will develop the glutes, hamstrings, quads and really work the abs.
